About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

I am Dr Singh, invited to the 16th World Congress of IUAES at Kunming, China, July 27-31, 2009. I am a British national and at the moment a visiting professor at JNU, New Delhi. Would the letter of invitation I have received be good enough along with other documents to obtain a visa to participate in the conference or do you need a letter from the conference organisers sent to you by email or fax in addition to the invitation sent to me? If you do need a communication from the conference organising committee, would an email be sufficient or faxing it is essential?

You have to submit the fax form of the invitation letter from the conference organisers for your China visa application.
