Hello everybody!
I'm curious, what's the total number of western foreigners in Shenyang? Any idea about the numbers apart from students (basically people working there? I heard that there's lots of foreign investment coming into the city and maybe that would bring more foreign talent with it. Are there any international schools in the city?

I'm in Qingdao now (50000 Koreans and more compared to 5000 non asian foreigners).
