About:China Embassy in U.S.A.

I am a US citizen working in Okinawa, Japan. I wish to visit China in early October. I do not believe there is a Chinese Consulate in Oki so how am I suppose to apply for a Chinese visa?

You can apply for the China visa from any of the Chinese Consular Districts (Prefecture) in Japan, including Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, Nagano, Yamanashi, Shizuoka, Gunma, Tochigi, Ibaraki, Niigata, Fukushima, Miyagi and Yamagata.
