About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Good Morning,

My parents are Australia Citizens and they are currently on holiday in China. When then went to China, they only applied for a single entry visa. Now they would like to visit me in Japan, can they apply for another entry visa in Nagoya to re-enter China after their visit?
I was informed they have to be Japanese Resident to apply for visa in the Nagoya office?

No, the rule has been changed, you parents can apply for the China visa in Japan now, but they have to provide the official record of their valid entry to Japan and the copy for the application.
