Is it easy to get tour booking from hotel upon arrival in Beijing? Do hotel staffs understand English?

Yes, it's quite easy. But the price is always higher than some reliable travel agencies booked for you, and the service quality can not be promised. Most of the staff in hotels can speak English. However, it also depends what kind of hotels you will stay. The staff in those 5-star, 4-star and 3-star hotels with international brand usually can speak excellent English.0
