Hello
What are the embassy hours for processing Visas. I will be in Manila briefly & have booked a tour to China on Aug 4. Just found out I cannot get visa on-line or at airpot. Am american with American passport (US Peace COrps Volunteer). Can I get expedited visa in Manila?

The normal visa processing procedure takes 4 working days, but there are also express service and rush service.
You are right, the Chinese embassy in Manila don't accept visa application online and you must apply fot the visa from the embassy.
