Could you tell me the time table of the trains from Harbin to Qiqihar? Thank you.

You may go to Harbin Railway station to take the train to Qiqihar. There are many trains during a day. Please don't choose the Train 2124, as it is too slow. The other trains are prefered. It's a little difficult for me to list the leaving time of alll the trains. But you can use this site's train search tool to get the detailed train schedule.
Ps: The trip only needs around 3 hours.0
