About:Harbin Weather

I want to go to Harbin in November to see snow. Is it a good period for me?

Oh, I suggest you put off your traveling time. November is a period without characteristics for Harbin, I personally think. The weather is very cold but not enough to see the most beautiful snow view. You may go there in late December and January to February is the best. During that time, you can see ice carvings and ice lanterns. Harbin is renowned as Ice City. You will love it.
