The taxi fee is around CNY140. It takes around 40 minutes from the railway station to the airport by bus. But why not go there by airport bus if your time is not pressing? It’s said that there is only one airport bus starting from the railway station to the airport and it leaves at 06:30. If you cannot catch it, it doesn’t matter. You may go to another pick-up point, where more airport buses pass. It is the Swan Hotel (Tian E Hotel). You can take the Bus 21, 103 or 108 or just take a taxi to the Swan Hotel and then wait for the airport bus. Usually, the airport bus leave two and a half hours prior to the flight departures.
