Good afternoon Sir / Madam,

I have a friend from PRC, presently a student in Singapore. We are planning to visit Macao next month. I believe he needs to apply for a visa to be able to visit Macao. Can he apply the visa at the Singapore China Embassy?

Actually, he can get the Macau visa at macau airport easily.
