About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

i'm here @ Dongguan, China now working and holding a temporary residence permit/z visa. I would like my husband to accompany & stay with me here so what should we do next? Can he apply for z-visa (accompanying family member)?

Yes, your husband could also apply for a Z work visa to China from to stay with you from the China embassy in Philippines.

Hello Paul, Thanks for your reply! Do you also know what he needs to do after that? What about the requirements? When he arrive here, he needs to apply for the temp. residence permit right?

He needs to submit these documents:
1. His passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.
2. A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.
3. Proof of Relative Relationship, e.g. Marriage Certificate.
4. If he will stay in China for more than 6 months, he has to provide a Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen (Forms and the lists of designated hospital are available at the visa counter).
