About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Can I take my passport to the Chinese embassy in Tokyo for a tourist visa, and then have it posted to me to my address in Japan?

The Chinese embassy in Japan don't provide post service, if you can't go to the embassy to collect the visa in person, you can entrust a friend to do that for you.
