About:Dalian Transportation

Can anyone give me advice on trains from Fushun to Dalian? I would like to travel by train but am not too sure of times and how long it takes as we are with two 9 year old children.

Two trains a day: Fushun North - Dalian
K7374: 7:03-14:31 about 7.5 hours
K7376: 22：21-5：21 6 hours 50 minutes
In consideration of the time, the first one is better.
