HI I AM HOLDING WORKPERMIT WORKING　IN SIN FROM CHINA,MY PASSPORT IS EXPIRE AT SEP 2009,pls advise what do i need to bring to make new passport other than old passport and workpermit?

You have to renew you passport from the Chinese embassy in Singapore, as for your work permit, you can try to enquire about it from the near Office of Foreign affairs of Singapore.
