About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

hi mr winston. i reaally appreaciate your reply to my insuiry.. but do i really need to bring with me a hotel booking??? my friend sent me an inivitation letter stating that i can stay with him in his apartment and he will shoulder everything with my stay there.. in lieu of the hotel booking. will this be granted???pls reply.

If you have invitation letter from your friend in China, then you can use it as the application requirements instead of the hotel booking.

Thank you for that reply I appreaciate it much.I need to know if you are havinga tourist vis is there a need for a show money when i reach china???I will be staying with my friend's apartment and he is also the one to invite me over. thank you.

You don't have to show your bank statement when arrive in China.
