About:Huanglong National Scenic Reserve
Is Huanglong open all year round? is it good if I planning to go there mid November?

Generally, it is opened all year round except the heavy snow happened in winter. Mid November should be okay, but you'd better pay attention to the real-time weather forecast of this region from Nov~0
