About:Chinese Consulates in Italy

I am an American in Italy and wish to fly from here to China on the 29th. If I come to Milan on the 13th and present my passport with a visa application, may I obtain a Chinese tourist visa?

yes, you can obtain a China tourist visa from Consulate General of China in Milan
