About:China Customs Declaration

Hi,

Im going on a trip 2 Australia and I will make a stop for two days in China. In Australia im going to compete in World master games in archery. That means that I will need too bring my recurve bow into China. Do I need to declare my bow or is it even allowed to bring it in 2 China? Is it possible 2 store the bow safely at the airport somewhere?

Kind Regards

Marie

I think it is reasonable to bring your recurve bow, you just need to present the related certificates to prove that it is legal, i think it is ok. As for the storage, i think there must be services for storage at the airport, but as it is very important to you, i strongly recommended you to consult in advance. Which airport will you landed in? i can help you find the phone number.

Hi, you can store at the airport but the service fee is relatively high. I think you can store it in the hotel you live in, which is safe and cheap.
