About:Embassy & Consulates of Mongolia in China

Dear Ambassador, I am a New Zealand doctor, living in Chengdu for just 3 months to learn about health service initiatives here. My wife and I hope to travel to Mongolia at the start of August for one week. We did not arrange for a visa before we left NZ as we did not know our plans. Do we have to travel to Beijing in order to obtain a visa for Mongolia? Is there another way to obtain a visa? Otherwise it is too far for us to travel from here to Beijing and then on to Mogolia. Thank you for your consideration. My email address for reply is paradise.net.nz|quix.

Your application can be submitted to the Consulate of Mongolia in Beijing, in person or by your authorized representatives. The embassy does not accept applications by mail. For more information, please refer to the website http://www.mongolembassychina.org/upload/en/Visa_Requirements.pdf
