About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

I will be visiting Tokyo in late September and hope to apply for a tourist visa at the Chinese Embassy as part of an ongoing trip.

I understand the Chinese National Day holidays will start on October 1st.
If I apply at 9am on Monday 28th of Spetember and pay for the fast 2-day service will it be ready to pick up before the Embassy closes for the holidays?

Thanks for any help you can offer!
