About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

I have two guests from Australia, visiting Manila. They hold Australian passports. They will go back to Sydney, Australia via Macau, taking the Viva Macau flight on November 26. Whilst in Macau, they want to visit Zhu Hai. Can they get a Chinese visa from the Chinese Consulate in Manila? We are told that visas are no longer being issued by border immigration officials in Zhu Hai, that's why this question.

yes, they can apply for China visa from the China embassy in Manila
