About:Embassy & Consulates of Singapore in China

hi i have over stay for 14 days.and i have a job now the company want to do for me working visa.and but how i have over stay already.i can pay the fine but can i pay slowly.and can i get the working visa?and how much will it cost me?

You will probably have to pay a fine of 500 RMB a day up to a maximum of 5000 RMB though you are not necessarily denied a new visa or have further action taken. However, you could be expelled from the country and prohibited re-entry for 5 years.
