About:Datong Attractions

Thank you Frank!!! I would like to stay 2 days in datong, the first day I would visit Yungang and the monastery, and the other day Yanmenguan Pass, but if I rent a car, could I see another interesting place around? or you think that in a day I could visit all these places? How much is rent a car (with driver) for a day?

One day is not enough to see all those places. The rental for a taxi should be 300-400rmb . You can just rent a taxi to get around those sights. If you come back to the city earlier, you can also see Huayan Temple, Shanhua Temple and Nine Dragon Wall in the city area. Hengshan Mountain and Xuankong Temple are not band sight to explore either.
