i'd like to bring to my uncle to china for the medical treatment. he met an accident past 6 years ago. in that accident he broke his neck and suffer from spinal injured.
what kind visa i applied for? i consult a medical center in china and they agreed to give treatment for him.
now my uncle can't move any where. now i m in colombo. he is in batticaloa.
what are the further steps i want to move for the visa?
