dear sir / madam,

i am planning to visit hk just to buy some items for mountaineering. please advise me the following.

1. is it possible to arrange visa in hk airport?

2. how far hk airport to downtown (mongkok, kowloon)?

3. from hk airport to downtown how much taxi fare?

1. May I know your nationality, for you may not need visa to HK.
2. It takes about 45-60 minutes from the airport to Mongkok by airport shuttle bus.
3. If you take a taxi, you have to pay about 300 Hong Kong dollars for a single way.

one more question if don’t mind , is there any restriction if we (Saudi ,Indian ) stay more than 30 days in china ,we will reaching china on 6 august and we are leaving on 7 September .

The duration of a single entry visa is 30 days, if you want to stay over 30 days, you have to apply for the extension of the stay from the local public security bureau before the end of your valid duration when you are in China.

thanks for the reply.

1. im from philippines working in dammam saudi arabia.

2. bus or train is cheaper and better to get mongkok.

3. i believe HK airport immigration will give me 14 days free visa.

4. my plan is to visit outdoor shop in mongkok and back to airport again to wait my dept flight to manila.
