About:Xiqiao Mountain

I'm considering visiting between Xiqiao Mountain (Foshan) and Seven Star Crag (Zhaoqing) in mid Nov 09.
Which is a better choice if there is old folks in my group.

I would appreciate if anyone who being there made some suggestions.

Take bus at Xiqiao Bus Station to Foshan Railway Station to catch the train to Zhaoqing. There are many trains a day and arrive at zhaoqing within 2 hours. Walk along the Yingbin Dadao in front of Zhaoqing Railway Station, Seven Star Crag is just not far away.
