i'm considering visiting between xiqiao mountain (foshan)seven star crag (zhaoqing)

I'm considering visiting between Xiqiao Mountain (Foshan) and Seven Star Crag (Zhaoqing) in mid Nov 09.Which is a better choice if there is old folks in my group.I would appreciate if anyone who being there made some suggestions.Thkq

Take bus at Xiqiao Bus Station to Foshan Railway Station to catch the train to Zhaoqing. There are many trains a day and arrive at zhaoqing within 2 hours. Walk along the Yingbin Dadao in front of Zhaoqing Railway Station, Seven Star Crag is just not far away.
