Hi, Mr.gabriel flores, you may get the tickets from the local ticket office or the railway station. it's better to book in advance insteading of buying on the spot to guarantee the availability.

Thank you for your reply. I plan on going to the ticket office three days before my departure. Do you think I will still be able to find tickets? Is buying tickets very difficult?

I think you'd better to go to the ticket office 10 days before the departure, as the train tickets start selling one week in advance. Or you can reserve the tickets with the local agent or hotels in advance. Hope it helps you.
