hello there, I am working in Shanghai. I have a valid Work visa for china up to November 2009. My passport validity is till December 2009. I would like to have a visit to India and return in september. Will there be any problem while coming back as my passport is getting expired in December? I am planning to apply for passport renewal after returning back to shanghai..........any advice.

I think you have to renew your passport before your visit to India, since the Indian embassy may require you to provide a passport with 6 month validy when you apply for the visa.
