how do you help people who got issues with people from Congo?like now Janel Christ Arnuad Makosso went missing after borrowing money from me.i`ve liased with all entry and exit bureaus in China.please help me track him down.he is in Chong Qing Er Wei Yu Xue xiao.thanx alot in advance am also working out things with his fellow Congolese in Chong Qing.God Bless You.
