I am visiting China first time on a business tour. I contacted the visa officer who provided me a list of requirement. Al most al the documents has been completed except (A) as under:-

Original Visa Notice Sheet from an authorized governmental apparatus /organization of China prescribing the visa validity, number of entries and stay period.

Please confirm if it is necessary for a person visiting first time to China.
