About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

I live south of Montreal. Where do I go to get a tourist visa. I am going on a cruise and will be in China on Oct 3,4, and5-8

You should apply for tourist visa at Chinese embassy in Ottawa because Montreal (Quebec) is under the consular jurisdiction of Chinese embassy in Ottawa

If you will enter China twice, then apply for a double entry visa.
