Will you arrive at Pudong airport or Hongqiao airport? I guess you are arriving at Pudong airport, as the Pudong airport provides more international flights. After you arrive at Pudong airport, you can take the Airport Line 5 to get to Shanghai Railway Station. Then, you will have two ways to go to Yueqing. First, you can take the Train K8437 from Shanghai to Wenzhou Railway Station and then find a bus to Yueqing at the new bus station opposite the Wenzhou Railway Station. From Shanghai to Wenzhou, it takes about 10 hours by train. Train K8437 leaves Shanghai Railway Station at 18:00. From Shanghai to Wenzhou, the ticket costs CNY92 (hard seat)

Second, on the North Square of the Shanghai Railway Station, you can see Shanghai Long-Distance General Bus Station. It has the buses to go to Yueqing directly. The bus cost is about CNY200.
