About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I am going to study in Hong Kong from August through December but want to visit mainland China during my exchange program. Can I get a visa form that allows for multiple entries that is not a business visa? If so, what visa should I apply for?

There is no multiple entry visa application form, please download the visa application form from this website /embassy/pdf/visa-application.pdf
