How much money should I bring if we are 3 adults going to HK, 1 day tour to Shenzhen and 1 day tour to Macau?

Hi, exclude hotel cost&shopping, I think at least you should take 2000HK$ per person, including transportation fee in HK,Shenzhen and Macau, food, entrance fee.
