Is there a lot of rain in August? I plan to visit Quanzhou in next month. But I don't know whether it is a favorbale period for tourist?

It's in summer with thunderstorms sometimes. You will feel hot. However, the best time to visit Quanzhou is from April to November. So, August is also fine. Although the weather is a little hot, the scenery of summer is still very attractive.
