The safest and cheapest transportation to Linyi is to take a train. You can take the airport bus at the exit of the Jinan airport to go to the Jinan Railway Station. There are four trains from Jinan Railway Station to Linyi Railway Station. The leaving time is at 05:04, 08:11, 17:05 and 18:38. If you cannot catch the final train, you may go to the long-distance bus station from the Jinan airport by airport bus directly and take a coach bus to Linyi.0
