Question

I am a resident of Philippines, now working in Doha, Qatar. I am planning to visit my sister in Autralia for one week when I have my vacation work leave from my presnt job. This will be a side trip from Doha, Qatar to australia and then Philippines. Do i still need visa to enter Australia? What travel documents should I prepare, where to secure, how much will it cost and how long it will be processed.Please give me advise. Thanks and best regards.
