i received a item purchased on a website which came back to me incorrectly.

Question

I received a item purchased on a website which came back to me incorrectly.  I returned the item to the address supplied below but it has come back to me saying there was insufficient details on the address.  The supplier is now refusing to answer my emails so am wondering if anybody can help.  Address supplied is below:-Zhang LinruiNo.51 binjiang roadLiuYang, JiangXi 410300ChinaMany thanks as there is a quite a bit of money tied up in this item that I need a refund of.  Cheers

Hi, most probably, you are cheated. Liuyang is in Hunan province but not in jiangxi. 410300 is the zip code of Liuyang of Hunan. I think their purpose is to cheat money from you. Once they get the money, they will not reply to you. You need to complain in my opinion. Do you have any other information about the company? The address they give you is totally wrong! ou need to know other information about the company or it is very hard to get your money back. If you do not mind, you can tell your story,  thus people who see it will not cheat by them.
