I am holding Malaysia passport & holding china work VISA. plan to have 1 week holidays so DO i need any additional VISA for visiting Hong Kong, Macau, zhu Hai & Shenzen?

No, you don't need any other visa for your trip to Hk Macau, Zhuhai & Shenzhen any more. Just go ahead.
