About:Chinese Embassy in Iran

i want to attend a scientific congress in taiwan ,is the chinees embassy in iran issue a visa for taiwan , please kindly guide me how i get taiwan visa

The Chinese embassy don't issue visas to Taiwan, you have to sontact the Immigration office of Taiwan.
