Airport bus A21 to Middle Rd (with Jordan Rd), then change to a taxiOr take airport express to  Lai King and then change to subway to Tsim Sha Tsui, get out of the MTR station via Exit C1, the hotel is ten minutes' walk away. You can exchange money at Travelex at Terminal 2. Places for money exchange are easy to find at many other areas.
