About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I live in Hong Kong. I wish to bring my fiancee here for a visit for longer than 14 days. She lives in a remote part of Mindanao and it will be difficult and expensive for her to travel to any of the Chinese consulates, even in Cebu. Could you please advise me of her alternatives. I would prefer to be able to apply for her visa here in Hong Kong, thus making it available for her to pick up on arrival. Alternatively could she come here under the "no visa" provision and then apply for an extended visa on her arrival? Thank you.

Your fiancee can mail the application to the Immigration Department of HKSAR. Or you can send the application material to the immigration department. It is also possible for her to enter Hong Kong without visa and then get an extensionin Hong Kong.
