We arrive at the port at Tianjin at 9am. Advise how long car trip from port to hotel in Beijing.

I suggest you take the express train instead of car. The car transfer takes about 3 hour depending on the traffic situation. The train only takes 30 minutes. The train operates at interval of 30 minutes. It is very convenient.
