About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,

I am a Singapore PR holding a Malaysian Passport.
Would like to confirm if the express visa service is suspended?
What is the fastest I can get my visa done?

It is reported that the express visa service(same-day pickup) was suspended about one month ago. No news about if it was resumed.
