About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

I have applied my HKSAR Passport and PIC around end of April, HK Immigriation department confirm they send to Toronto Consulate-General by the end of May. Do anyone how and when will the Consulate-General contact me to pick up the Passport and PIC? My trip back to Hong Kong will be Aug 1. I have no other passport for me to travel. I tried to call visa office for many time, but no one pick up the call. Please help.

If it is the HK Immigration department sent your application to the Consulate-general, you should ask them for help.

Thanks for your reply. I did call HK Immigration department. They said they cannot help, as the passport need to be issue from Consulate-General. I need to contact Toronto Consulate-General.

Ms. Mickey, I assume you should go to pick up your passport in person. The visa officers won't contact you to inform you that the passport is ready since there are numerous applicants everyday.

Mr Browning, thank you so much for your reply and advise. I will go there in person. Cause I thought they will send me letter to pick up the passport. thanks again.
