I am holding a Philippine passport but am currently in Canada. I will arrive in the Phillipines on the 26th of July but will be out of the country again on the 28th of July and will not get back until the 2nd of August. My travel to China is on the 3rd.

If I give my application the on the 27th of July, is it possible to get it on the 28th in the afternoon?

Please let me know, as it is such a hassle to get the VISA here in Canada, I have to travel for 12 hours just to get it.
