yes. It is called a candle making machine. They help to mass produce candles. I ordered 4 in 2007 from a chinese company I found on the net, but they sent me completely used and damaged machines. That is why I need help with a company name, I will go to China this time aroumd and see the machines I pay for before it is shipped.
