About:Quanzhou Weather

I was wondering when the high travel times to Beijing China were? I plan on flying stand by and want to go during a non tourist month. This will maximize my chances of getting there and back to the states with no problems. How does the beginnning of August sound?

The high travel time would be from April to October,usually winter travel is more economical, but be prepared for the cold weather if you are traveling in northern China.
