About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Hello. I am holding a Japanese Long-stay visa. I planning to visit China many times within the next 12 months, therefore I am planning to apply for Multi-Entry Visa with 12-month Validity. I would like to know whether I still need to provide "b. A Chinese hotel reservation certificate and a two-way ticket" during the application as I will only plan for my trips once I have a visa.

There are strict policies for multi-entry visa to China, you'd better contact the Chinese embassy in Japan for exact answer.
The phone number of the visa section: 81-03-34030924 (for Passport & Visa)
