About:Chinese Embassy in India

DEAR SIR/MADAM
This is Atul, working as a Scientist in India. I have got an opportunity to participate in a workshop going to be held at Hangzhou, China from 16-21 August, 2009. I need to apply for the VISA. I have some quaries:
1. What is the procedure for that??
2. What documents are required for that?
3. What kind of VISA I have to apply?
Can you send me the link from where I can download the VISA Application Form and other necessary forms.

I think you need a F business visa to China. You have to make an appointment with the Chinese embassy in India online ahead of your visit to the embassy.
As for the required documents and the visa application form you can get from the embassy's official website
